Worrying that your spouse is cheating on you can be extremely agonizing. If you have ever questioned whether or not your spouse is being unfaithful, there is an easy way to get some answers.
This method of finding out the truth about what your spouse is up to involves three steps. Let's go over each of them one-by-one.
Step #1
The first step does require you to be touch on the "sneaky" side. It's easy to do though.
You will need to get a hold of your spouse's cell phone for about 15-20 minutes. When you do this, you want to choose a time where you don't run the risk of getting caught. You don't want your partner walking in on you while you are looking at their phone.
Timing is crucial here since you don't want your spouse to know what you are doing. Wait for a good time - maybe they just jumped in the shower or have gone out to the gym or store but left their phone at home.
When you get a hold of their phone, grab a pen and paper and write down every phone number that shows up in their call history. You will need to look at both the "incoming" and "outgoing" call lists.
You can leave off any phone number that you recognize, but make sure to write down any phone number that doesn't ring a bell.
After you have finished doing this, discretely put the cell phone back in the same place you found it and move on to the second step.
Step #2
Now that you have your list of phone numbers, it's time to figure out who your spouse has been chatting with.
It's possible to find out someone's full name, address and other background details simply by having their phone number.
There are databases that have been built by companies that allow you to search through to get this information. The companies that provide this service pay for access to all phone records and then make these records available for anyone that wants to "investigate" a certain phone number.

When using a reverse phone lookup, you just enter the phone number and then the results are instantly shown on your computer. You will see the phone owner's name, address and other background details that can be useful.
Look for a service that only charges a one-time fee for unlimited searches. Since your list will most likely have multiple phone numbers on it, you don't want to have to pay for each individual search you make.
Run down the list you made and do a reverse phone lookup for each number. As you do this jot down the details that you find out for each one.
When you are finished going through your list, move on to the next step.
The Last Step
Now that you have your list complete, it's time to look over your results.
The list you just made shows you exactly who your partner has been talking to on the phone. This makes it easy to spot if anything unusual is going on.
Usually people will have a name or two in mind of who their spouse might be cheating with. If you are in that boat, does that name show up on your list?
And of the other names on the list, are there any that look suspicious?
In this step it will become clear to you if your spouse is potentially cheating on you.
